3. Estimates and Quotations

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Should unforeseen work be required, we will discuss additional costs with you before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon acceptance of a quotation. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

All installations carried out by Blue Sky Luxury Bathrooms are covered by our written workmanship guarantee. The specific guarantee period will be detailed in your quotation. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a confirmed project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

7. Liability

Blue Sky Luxury Bathrooms holds comprehensive public liability insurance. We are responsible for any damage caused by our team during the course of work. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues unrelated to our scope of work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Blue Sky Luxury Bathrooms and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
