Richard, what made you decide to renovate your bathrooms?\n\nWe hadn't done our bathrooms since we'd moved in, probably moved in ten, twelve years. And they were letting the property down, so we just needed to sort of bring them up to snack.\n\nWhat was the main problems with your old buffer?\n\nThey're old, tiles are old, the flooring was cracked, but just not well installed. From the beginning, yeah.\n\nYeah. You looked online on the other companies before you chose us?\n\nI did. I used I quoted two people, yourself and another, and then decided to choose your your company to to do the bathroom. To be loyal.\n\nRichard, what do you like on Blue Sky twenty three on the first instance?\n\nLooked online. I looked at the reviews. I looked at the photos. I looked at your previous work. I liked I liked what I saw.\n\nYou asked anything in particular which make you to feel comfortable with us?\n\nReally just the overall finish of the bathrooms that I looked on when I did my research really. I was happy with the previous reviews and pictures and previous work you've done and I thought this looks like what I wanted.\n\nDid you feel you understood what you're looking for?\n\nAbsolutely. You came in and very you listened, and we worked together to work out what we wanted to achieve, and we went from there.\n\nWhat was the process from start to finish in It was fairly easy.\n\nYou came around fairly promptly, and we talked about what we wanted to do, and then you went away, prepared the quotes, sent me the spec of what we were gonna do and then we arranged for the installer to come in and get the work done.\n\nAnd how did you find the communication project between us?\n\nCommunication was excellent. We did most of our communication via WhatsApp. We responded instantly all the time and answered all my questions straight away.\n\nWhat was the experience with the installer on the site all day long?\n\nWe had Dan with us. He was lovely, very friendly, always smiling, and he couldn't do too much. Was he was great. Great.\n\nIt's all great to hear. Yeah. I would definitely recommend, yeah, Dan. It was great.\n\nNow the produce finished. How do you feel about the buffoons?\n\nI'm very pleased. They're lovely. They look like a showroom buffoon. Bigger. They're all we wanted. Oh, yeah. Very pleased.\n\nAny favorite part or future which you really love and enjoy?\n\nDefinitely. Yeah. I like the vanity in the the rocker vanity and I really do like the tower radiator in that bathroom in the anthracite gray.\n\nThat really It was a good choice.\n\nYeah. It was a choice. Yeah. Yeah. Give it a little bit extra.\n\nHow do new bathrooms change day to day since?\n\nIt just makes it nicer to go into the bathroom. If the showers are much nicer, and it's just it's just nicer experience.\n\nWould you recommend Blue Sky to others? And if so, why?\n\nIf I can ask?\n\nYeah, I would, absolutely. Efficient, good communication, good choice materials, just a good experience all around really. It was quite a pleasant experience to have to buy from them.\n\nAny final thoughts what you like to say for someone who looking to choose us?\n\nReally, just recommend you.
